My goal for the diet was to lose weight while still eating the same food as my family. I didn’t want the hassle of cooking separate meals for everyone. The diet plan made it easy to follow and be consistent since it was tailored to our family’s meals and fit well into our routine. This has positively impacted my energy levels, stamina, and metabolism. Working with Prachi was really good, and I appreciate all the help and motivation she provided.
