I had never been able to shed off those extra kilos even after trying many diets and consulting different dieticians. So, when I came Across health habitat the first thought I had in mind was chalo let’s give a try to one more nutritionist but then after consulting and starting the diet I was surprised that my body had actually started responding to the diets and I could eat my favourite things and still reach my goals. My mood has been uplifted and I feel energetic throughout the day. Even my food cravings have reduced and my stamina has increased. I really want to thank Prachi Shah for all the efforts and guidance. I lost around 8 to 9 Kgs during the journey, and I feel more energetic and active. Initially I thought that it’s all about fasting or crash diet, but this is no crash diet program or fasting but a learning for healthier lifestyle. The recipes you provided were awesome and novel. It is totally new for us, especially for dinner and diet was planned according to my interest and suitability. Recipe of all Green Juices is 10/10. Honestly I love the change in my body, my healthy eating habits and I have no complaints about bloating, gassy, specially constipation, migraine and thyroid level is now reversed than I had since last 8 years .I will keep doing it to maintain my weight and keep inspiring other work friends , I feel so amazing about energy, like great energy since I woke up until I go to bed at night, have great stamina and full all the time so can’t even think about other food lol. Prachi, I thank my stars that I met her by reference of my Wife when I was going through severe Weight gain and diabetes. I had no idea that these Food Habits and lack of proper Diet imbalances would bring various other issues in our body slowly and begin to damage us. The concept of holistic lifestyle approach fell in place after I spoke to her and I had immediately enrolled in her program. It's more than 2.5 months now and I am super happy that I received what I asked for. She sets the plan based on clients' needs that features food plan & exercise practices that works wonders gradually. I'm happy that in less than 6 months I lost all my pregnancy weight and now I'm lesser than my pre-pregnancy weight. My journey of the last 9 months with Prachi were amazing! I have not just lost weight but also have also become healthier. Before I started working with Prachi I was detected with insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome and hypo-thyroid. All my health problems are behind me now, insulin levels are normal, thyroid levels are almost normal as well! Even though having these problems makes it almost impossible to lose weight, I still managed to lose 8 kgs with her in the last 6 months. One of my other major concerns was my lower body, I had a really heavy lower body and wasn’t ever able to lose it! But with the customised diet plan and home workout I lost 7 inches from my hips!!
