With my updated knowledge and my practical approach towards life science and fitness, I am helping clients across the globe achieve better health by building a strong and uncomplicated relationship with food. I see food as information for the body that aids in daily optimal functioning to prevent, treat and reverse any lifestyle and genetic disorders.
My clientele is from all walks of life ranging from actors, models, producers, fitness trainers, socialites, CEOs, yoga practitioners, architects, builders, media professionals, housewives, pregnant women, kids & teenagers.
Being a nutritionist, I am well connected with food and I enjoy curating new recipes. This is why my clients enjoy following their meal plans and that’s what teaches them the value of “Quality” over “Quantity”.
My ideology “Eat Better, Not Less” comes from a whisk of Indian foods and modern science practices. Keeping in mind your eating patterns as per your demography & culture, I make an attempt to reboot you from within and help you reach your fitness goals sustainably.
My interest in foods & nutrition came to light when I started working on myself back in my teenage. I was battling hormonal changes, weight issues, altered food psychology and feared eating. I struggled with hormonal acne, poor energy levels and untimely hunger pangs. After working on myself and seeing substantial improvements, I can resonate with my clients when they talk to me about their health concerns and their goals.
I believe in holistic living. Eating healthy, staying active, sleeping well & building a healthy community around you are my main pillars for a healthy and a happy life. I aim to spread the correct knowledge on food, nutrition & fitness by clearing the myths and fears of “DIET”.
