Thank you so much for all the advice, guidance, and help throughout the last 3 months. I have seen a lot of changes in myself physically and mentally. I used to get a lot of anxiety but for the past 3 months I barely had any panic attacks. I have understood the concept about how to plan meals and when to eat. This is the first time in 5 years I have lost this amount of weight and I am a lot more confident now. I appreciate all your efforts and thank you so much again.
