I’m thankful for the last 3 months of regular follow-ups, multiple meal plans, and reasonable
goals set by my experienced and quali ed dietitian. Though we know what a balanced diet is,
their guidance helps achieve tness goals. I have a few kgs left to lose for my health goal and look
forward to enrolling in more programs in the future to continue this journey.
