After following your diet initially i was feeling energetic, light and good ..
Later on i was slightly diverted due to travelling , outing and social gatherings….
Still I have tried to controlled my portions and cravings little bit ..
Food options were quite good that too with recipes are really appreciable..
Regular follow up and meetings with the Nutritionist and her team is highly appreciable .. they have been very supportive through out ..

I would like to let you know that your diet plan has done wonders. I can see the difference in my body especially my thighs and belly fat has reduced so much. I was able to fit into my old pants so much perfectly without feeling that they’re tight or uncomfortable.
Consistency has always been a problem for me but not this time because I did not feel like I was put under a “diet”.
I followed Prachis diet program for 6 months and this 6 months journey taught me a lot. Diet doesn’t mean losing weight by starving and depriving, but learning how to lose weight by eating everything. I was always of the thought that a no carb and no fat diet is the key to weight lose, but I was wrong. Prachi included everything in my diet except white sugar!!! I lost weight steadily and consistently with her diet plans. She made every plan interesting with lots of different cuisines and foods. I have learnt that I have to do a lifestyle change to keep that weight off. She is very knowledgeable and motivating and anyone looking to lose weight is surely in the right hands with Prachi.

I would like to share my 3 month experience for the PCOS program which was really flexible and with not much of efforts but only by changing a very few things in my daily food intake. Portion control and how to swap junk with healthy alternative was the only two amazing tricks of yours which worked really well .
Due to PCOS i used to have severe menstrual cramps but through diet I got so much relief. Though I had a tough time losing my weight but Prachi mam always used to motivate me .

I feel really good after 3 months of the diet. I never felt like I am following any diet because Prachi gives tons and tons of options during this journey for each meal. I feel very energetic as compared to earlier. Before starting the diet, I used to have 3-4 meals outside and now I hardly feel to go out and eat and this is because Prachi explained me the reasons of why should I not eat out and even if I eat out than what should I be eating and in how much quantity. So overall I am very much happy with this things. Food options were fantastic throughout my journey. Can not expect more
I was anemic since I was a child. And my main aim was to improve my gut health along with the weight loss. I can happily say that I am no longer anemic and my hemoglobin levels are normal after this plan. All thanks to Prachi for this success. This is the biggest achievement for me along with the significant weight loss.
