Healthy Living for Working People
- A 75 minutes extensive educational session for working people, where in 30 minutes of nutrition counselling, 30 minutes of DIY diet plan and 15 minutes of Q&A session is held.
- The session will help you with guidelines on managing diet & exercise with your routine. We will provide you with insights on how to manage diet in accordance to your working hours, what type of meals can be made easily & carried for managing better nutrition intake throughout the day hence, resulting in healthier self.
