Health Habitat and on her behalf (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”, “Proprietor”, “We” or “Health Habitat”). We request you to refer the About Us page to know more about us while being nutritionists, we offer Programmes titled as Health Pro, Crunch In 90 and Gutreset (details whereof are available on “Our Plans” Page) (Hereinafter referred to as “Services”). We understand and appreciate your concern towards having knowledge about the data, information and contents being shared by you and or made available to us. This page informs you of the policies regarding the collect, use, share and process your information, that you provide to us through your use of the Website as also in the course of availing services that are made available on the Website as defined in the Terms and Conditions to you.   1. RETENTION
    1. The Personal Information and Data as is provided to us is and shall be kept and maintained in our records until the time you continue to avail Services from us. As a part of the availing Services, you would be consulting / visiting us from time to time and in the event we notice that you have not consulted / visited on the time / appointment provided by you and have not followed up for missed time / appointment within stipulated time of Plan, then it shall be construed that you have stopped availing Services from us and accordingly, we shall delete / destroy the Personal Information and Data as is available with us.
    2. In the event of the Services being completed i..e course of programme selected by you being completed, we have no obligation to store and hold the Personal Information and Data and we shall delete / destroy the Data as is available with us.
    3. We may however at our option with no obligations towards you continue to store and hold the information for any research and statistical purposes for a longer period or in the event we suspect or intend to prevent a fraud / future abuse.
    4. The aforesaid storage and holding of Data are exclusively from our perspective of providing effective treatment however we hold no obligations towards you at any time for the storage of Personal Information and Data and consequentially, we are not liable in any manner including and not limited financially.

These persons / agencies for and in respect of whom you hereby give consent entities may be located outside India.

You hereby acknowledge that we are not responsible, in particular, for any third-party action or action on your part leading to loss, damage, or harm to you or any other person.

    1. We my at anytime amend / change our Privacy Policy and publish the same on our Website. Upon being published, the Privacy Policy shall become effective and binding and notwithstanding of any Data or Personal Information being shared at any point of time, the Privacy Policy upon being amended shall also become effectively applicable to the Data and Personal Information as is shared with us.
